About The Position
Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (Strategic Customer Group) is recruiting for a Trade Operations Manager to be based in the Titusville, NJ office location. The Manager Trade Operations is accountable to effectively lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary business partners including but not limited to brand, supply chain, customer facing Specialty Pharmacy and Trade distribution directors, Institutional Business Group, JOM, Medical Information, finance, legal, and other SCG functional areas. The position will primarily focus on the management of all Trade Operations functions for the assigned Therapeutic Areas. The focus will be on working with internal and external business partners to ensure that the Trade Operations responsibilities for approved distribution models are implemented and operating in compliance with all internal processes and FDA approvals and guidelines.
