About The Position
The Manager Trainee (MIT) position at AutoZone is a transitional role designed to prepare individuals for future management positions within the company. This role involves a combination of work assignments and training opportunities, with the potential for promotion to a management position within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on performance and prior experience. The MIT will be part of the management team, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in various operational aspects of the store while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a productive team environment.
