Manager Trainee

About the position

The Manager In Training program at Hertz offers a comprehensive hands-on training experience across various domains including Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Fleet Management, and People Management. This position is designed to prepare individuals for a career path leading to the role of Branch Manager within a timeframe of 12-18 months, while also supporting the achievement of sales goals and customer service excellence at the location.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training across multiple departments including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Support the achievement of location sales goals.
• Ensure customer service excellence is maintained at all times.
• Develop skills in finance and fleet management.
• Learn people management techniques to effectively lead a team.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Strong computer skills are necessary.
• Excellent multitasking abilities are needed.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential.
