About the position

Sia Partners is seeking a seasoned professional to support clients in achieving sustainable performance and improvements within their organizations. This role involves leading and managing Sia resources on various projects, ensuring that key change initiatives deliver on business, schedule, and budget objectives. The successful candidate will create a customized project management roadmap tailored to the specific needs of each project and implement change management activities for each phase. Utilizing established project management frameworks and methodologies, the candidate will lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders involved in the projects. In addition to project management, the role requires providing status reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health. The candidate will need to anticipate organizational changes that accompany large-scale implementations and plan the necessary change management and communication interventions. They will also determine appropriate metrics and measures to help clients gauge progress, reinforce desired behaviors, and adjust implementation strategies as needed. The position involves developing executive-level presentations and readiness content, leveraging best practices from customer experience. The candidate will identify opportunities to create additional client value and contribute to internal initiatives such as recruiting and marketing. Business development activities are also a key component, as the candidate will be expected to meet personal sales targets. Collaboration with internal and client project team members is essential, as is maintaining program sites as repositories for all project information and contributing to the development of high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients in achieving sustainable performance and improvements within their organizations.
  • Lead and manage Sia resources on projects.
  • Help develop and mentor consultants working within the business unit or on an account.
  • Create a customized project management roadmap based on the needs of the project and implement change management activities for each phase.
  • Utilize project management frameworks and methods in a variety of roles.
  • Lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.
  • Anticipate organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations and the necessary change management and communications interventions.
  • Ensure that key change initiatives deliver on business, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Determine appropriate metrics and measures to help the client measure progress and adjust implementation results.
  • Coordinate with other initiatives to ensure a common understanding on timelines and overlaps.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and readiness content leveraging customer experience best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to provide or create additional client value.
  • Contribute to internal areas such as recruiting, marketing, and more.
  • Drive business development activities to hit personal required sales targets.
  • Engage in activities dedicated to supporting company culture.
  • Collaborate with internal and client project team members and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience leading significant project-management engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizations.
  • Consulting experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Consulting experience on a Microsoft Account preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of project and change management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills; ability to influence others and move toward a common vision and/or goal.
  • Ability to quickly build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid facilitation experience.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks.
  • Agile and/or Prosci or other Change Management certifications preferred.
  • Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Confident, self-aware team player open to receiving and providing effective feedback.
  • Ability to facilitate project teams, guided by a strong understanding of group dynamics while driving results.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills and strong work ethic.
