The successful candidate will create a customized project management roadmap tailored to the specific needs of each project and implement change management activities for each phase. Utilizing established project management frameworks and methodologies, the candidate will lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders involved in the projects. In addition to project management, the role requires providing status reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health. The candidate will need to anticipate organizational changes that accompany large-scale implementations and plan the necessary change management and communication interventions. They will also determine appropriate metrics and measures to help clients gauge progress, reinforce desired behaviors, and adjust implementation strategies as needed. The position involves developing executive-level presentations and readiness content, leveraging best practices from customer experience. The candidate will identify opportunities to create additional client value and contribute to internal initiatives such as recruiting and marketing. Business development activities are also a key component, as the candidate will be expected to meet personal sales targets. Collaboration with internal and client project team members is essential, as is maintaining program sites as repositories for all project information and contributing to the development of high-quality deliverables.
