About the position

The Manager - Transformation/Change Consultant role at Holman involves leading strategic projects that drive measurable business results through effective change management strategies. The position requires collaboration with experienced teams to develop solutions for strategic challenges, ensuring organizational adoption of new processes and systems. The consultant will facilitate change initiatives, educate teams on best practices, and analyze emerging solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within the HSO Strategic Portfolio that deliver measurable business results.
• Create and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Facilitate and manage change initiatives across the organization.
• Educate and support teams on change management best practices throughout project execution.
• Analyze emerging solutions to make recommendations for change.
• Develop implementation plans including necessary metrics and scorecards.
• Support HSO knowledge and collaboration initiatives.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• Project Management (ex PMP) or Change Management (ex ProSci) certification a plus.
• 3-5+ years' experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or in-house consulting team.
• Prior experience in large scale change management projects and implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement change management processes and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves

• M&A integration experience and prior consulting experience with a focus on change management is a plus.
• Financial Experience is a plus.
• Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.).
