About the position

The Manager of Transformation & Change Management at Mitsubishi Chemical America is responsible for leading and facilitating change initiatives within the organization. This role involves mapping transformation projects to defined processes, establishing a change management methodology, and driving regional change through effective communication and training. The manager will oversee a team of change management specialists and work closely with leadership to develop actionable plans for change, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Map transformation projects led by Digital to defined processes.
• Establish MCG-style Change Management methodology.
• Perform Change Management activities in transformation projects.
• Lead the design and execution of Change Management training.
• Drive regional change and co-develop training materials.
• Manage business change through effective communication.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and tracking of change management initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the status of change initiatives, including KPIs and ROI.
• Evaluate potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Oversee the development of training materials and facilitate training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or IT.
• 5-7 years of experience in change management or related areas.
• Proven experience in managing a team.
• Transformation experience with change management skills.
• Leadership experience with applicable negotiation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Organizational management experience is preferred.
