About The Position
The Transportation Manager of Customer Delivery will be responsible for advancing the end-to-end performance and agility of Macy’s customer delivery network. In this role you will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day customer delivery network in partnership technology, digital, fulfillment, and third-party partners. This is a leadership position requiring supervision, direction and development of indirect employees, Carriers, 3PL’s and cross functional teams including but not limited to analytics, solutioning, delegation of tasks, performance monitoring in addition to ensuring alignment and execution against business objectives.
