Manager, Treasury Management Onboarding

About the position

The Manager of Treasury Management Onboarding at Capital One is responsible for leading a team of Treasury Management Associates (TMAs) to support new client acquisition and ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients in the Commercial Banking segment. This role involves coaching and developing team members, managing client interactions, and driving continuous process improvements while maintaining a strong focus on client experience and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 7+ Treasury Management Associates across various geographies and time zones.
• Act as a liaison between the sales and onboarding processes for new clients in the Treasury Management segment.
• Manage client escalations and ensure a client-centric approach to service delivery.
• Utilize customer-back design thinking to enhance the client experience throughout the onboarding process.
• Leverage data and insights to drive results and proactively identify risks and process breakdowns.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the onboarding process.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key business partners in Sales, Operations, and Servicing functions.
• Assist the TM Onboarding Director in developing and executing strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in Treasury Management.
• At least 5 years of experience working in Banking Operations.
• At least 3 years of experience managing teams across geographies.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Designation.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Lean Six Sigma training.
