Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' people leadership experience.
  • Proven experience developing a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated success in a commercial organization support role.
  • Vision and leadership skills to drive change across the commercial sales organization.
  • Superior program management, organization, and process skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Significant experience with advanced analytics.
  • Expert level technology skills across the MS Office suite, Tableau Analytics, Salesforce.com.
  • Commercial finance work experience within the healthcare/medical device sector.
