About the position

The Manager of US App & Loyalty at Levi's is responsible for overseeing the loyalty program in the US and Canada, implementing strategic plans to enhance customer engagement and retention. This role involves managing the financial aspects of the program, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution, and developing the Levi's Mobile App strategy to improve user experience and drive transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Levi's loyalty program in the US and Canada, including the launch and re-launch of the Red Tab Member Program.
  • Deliver a fully integrated go-to-market plan focused on program engagement and purchase frequency.
  • Build guidelines, frameworks, and processes for the loyalty program across all DTC channels.
  • Create and manage the US/CA program P&L in collaboration with Finance.
  • Define program goals and partner with Analytics for accurate reporting.
  • Create and maintain program scorecards and performance reporting.
  • Lead program enhancement planning and develop a multi-year roadmap.
  • Collaborate with global Digital Product to prioritize new program features and ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee loyalty UI/UX decision-making for levi.com and the Levi's Mobile App.
  • Develop innovative cross-channel benefits to incentivize transactions and engagement.
  • Define the role of the Levi's Mobile App within the US digital ecosystem and develop its consumer value proposition.
  • Gather feature inputs from US Ecommerce teams and support Digital Product Managers in roadmap development.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs, partnering with Analytics to enhance dashboards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in consumer engagement and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills to draw conclusions from data and collaborate with data teams.
  • Project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives.
