About the position

The Manager, US Marketing Ops for Power Tools at Johnson & Johnson will lead efforts to optimize the business operations of power tools within JNJ MedTech. This role focuses on commercial execution, data-driven decision-making, asset deployment, and effective communication to drive marketing strategies and support sales initiatives. The manager will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and enhance the overall performance of the power tools segment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead US Power Tools business planning with the sales team, utilizing consistent business planning processes and tools.
  • Drive data-driven account target identification in collaboration with Sales Leadership and Marketing.
  • Support the one funnel process and analytics using digital tools, providing feedback on accountability.
  • Coordinate pipeline reviews with Sales Leadership, focusing on next actions and addressing roadblocks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to drive execution of marketing strategies.
  • Serve as a power user of CRM and other commercial enablement tools, promoting best practices.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required; Business/Marketing/Finance degree preferred.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in healthcare/medical device marketing, sales, or finance required.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to manage through change required.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a focus on metrics and performance evaluation required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, required.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and provide comprehensive solutions required.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills required.
  • Ability to travel 40-50% required.

  • Orthopedic experience preferred.
