About the position

The Manager of US Marketing Operations for Power Tools at Johnson & Johnson will lead efforts to optimize the business through sales support and commercial execution activities. This role is pivotal in driving commercial strategy in collaboration with marketing, education, and other key business partners, ensuring alignment with sales leadership on key business drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead US Power Tools business planning with the sales team, utilizing consistent business planning processes and tools.
  • Ensure coordination of corporate assets using the One Funnel structure.
  • Drive data-driven account target identification with Sales Leadership and Marketing using analytics tools.
  • Support the one funnel process and analytics leveraging digital tools, providing feedback on accountability.
  • Coordinate pipeline reviews with Sales Leadership, focusing on next actions and tracking progress against the pipeline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to drive execution of marketing strategies.
  • Serve as a power user of CRM and other commercial enablement tools, driving adoption of digital tools.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a BA/BS degree or equivalent is required; Business/Marketing/Finance degree preferred.
  • MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in healthcare/medical device marketing, sales, finance, or other commercial experience is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability through influencing and managing change is required.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with an understanding of metrics to gauge performance is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, along with strong organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and provide comprehensive solutions is required.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills are required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Orthopedic experience preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of customer, business intelligence, and industry trends is preferred.
  • Track record of success in a matrixed organizational environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and project management is preferred.
