About the position

The Manager, US Sales Excellence at Nevro is responsible for developing and optimizing an education platform aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the US Sales team. This role focuses on delivering world-class training to current and future sales personnel, ensuring they are equipped to maximize sales volume and meet organizational goals. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to define learning objectives, design training programs, and manage onboarding processes for new sales team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize an education platform for the US Sales team.
  • Partner with sales leaders and subject matter experts to define learning objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs focused on product knowledge, selling skills, and leadership.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new US sales team members.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Excellence team on training programs and initiatives.
  • Support US Sales Leadership Development programs and stay current on market trends.
  • Contribute to the analysis of training initiatives and manage costs within the budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in IOP, Learning, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales, Sales Training, or Marketing leadership.
  • Experience training members of a medical device sales force is essential.
  • Project management experience is highly preferred.
