About the position

The Digital Marketing UX/UI Experience Manager at Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is responsible for leading digital efforts with a strong focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. This role is pivotal in transforming the digital landscape by integrating multiple content management systems into a single platform using Adobe AEM. The manager will optimize user experiences across various digital marketing channels, ensuring campaigns are visually engaging and effective in driving user engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement UX/UI strategies for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align UX/UI strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze user interactions and engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of UX/UI designs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to content and optimization managers.
  • Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design and ensure that design standards are maintained.
  • Oversee the creation of visually appealing and user-friendly content for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Experience with A/B testing, user research methodologies, and data analysis tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with content management systems and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) is a plus.
