This role will be responsible for shaping Arby’s national value construct, leading competitive analysis, and ensuring that discounting strategies align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, deep analytical skills, and a passion for innovation in value-based offerings. Success in this role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (marketing team, commercial group, data & analytics, operations training, supply chain) and partners (franchisees & vendors). This role demands an individual who is skilled at partnering with cross-functional groups to work together to find solutions for complex projects.
