About the position

The Manager, Warehouse at Astound Broadband is responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving operations, inventory control, and general warehouse management in a fast-paced environment. This role involves hiring, training, and managing staff to ensure efficient tracking, inventory, and distribution of stock items, while maintaining a productive and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control team and warehouse team
• Work with vendors for all issues, inventory ordering, and projections
• Troubleshoot all issues related to inventory and operations
• Schedule inventory audits
• Run reports as needed or requested
• Maintain a productive and safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in inventory, logistics, or distribution management
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience in the telecommunications industry
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and computer skills
• Committed to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment
• Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record compliant with company policy
• High school diploma or equivalent (Forklift Certification preferred)
