About the position

ASML's Wilton Factory is home to an Operational Excellence group dedicated to enhancing business processes and supporting IT tools, primarily SAP and Siemens Teamcenter, along with other peripheral tools. The Business Adoption Team (BAT), consisting of approximately 10 business process specialists, is tasked with driving cross-departmental and sector improvements through close collaboration with end-users and their management. As the Group Lead (GL) and people manager for this team, you will play a pivotal role in developing the competencies and growth of team members while managing their allocation to prioritized improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include identifying waste and areas for improvement within the Wilton Factory's business processes, utilizing process mining technology and customer feedback. You will support senior management and process owners by reporting on process adherence KPIs and assisting in identifying actionable improvement initiatives based on these metrics. Additionally, you will maintain an overview of business process owners, their respective processes, and the KPIs they are accountable for. You will also provide valuable input to the Wilton Factory's improvement portfolio, focusing on the necessary short and long-term enhancements in process and IT solution capabilities. Supporting senior staff in translating corporate targets into concrete improvement proposals will be a key aspect of your role, as will facilitating workshops to define current and future process states using methodologies such as SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, and LEAN6Sigma. Furthermore, you will participate in ASML's global Process Excellence competence center, contributing to the broader organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business process management & IT, management sciences, or equivalent (Master's degree preferred)
  • More than 8 years of relevant work experience in a complex manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of leading a team of senior experts and professionals as a people manager
  • Experience in holding senior positions in Operational Excellence and business process management/improvements departments
