At GXO, we are committed to delivering exceptional logistics solutions, and we are looking for a talented Manager of WMS Implementations to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the successful implementation of new client business and drive continuous improvement within our 3PL operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our distribution and fulfillment services meet the unique needs and requirements of our clients. Your leadership will be crucial in setting up new clients for success and ensuring that our operational processes are efficient and effective. As the Manager of Implementations, you will define the concept of operations in conjunction with contractual exhibits, developing project scopes, KPIs, system requirements, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will provide onsite support throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating resources during the go-live phase to ensure a smooth transition. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, IT, engineering, and customer service, to facilitate successful client onboarding. Regular status meetings with clients and internal teams will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to track progress and identify potential issues early on. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients will be essential to ensure their satisfaction with our services. You will lead and coach the implementation team throughout the project, ensuring a successful launch of complex and strategic new business initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee the development of contractual documents and addendums, while identifying and managing risks throughout the project, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders, including executives and clients.
