About the position

The KPMG Advisory practice is seeking a Manager in Technology Enablement, specifically focusing on Workday Data Conversion. This role involves leading Workday projects that encompass strategy, implementation support, and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The position emphasizes collaboration within a team-driven culture, aiming to enhance business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Workday projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations.
• Review and map Workday Integration and business processes.
• Execute day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements, including process design and project reviews.
• Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Workday application.
• Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience as a Workday Data Conversion Lead consultant with implementation experience.
• Minimum of five full life cycle implementations with Workday Data Conversion as a Lead or Architect.
• Workday certification in Workday HCM, Financials, or Integration (required within three months of employment if not currently held).
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
• Experience leading Data Conversion design and process alignment.
• Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality.
• Detailed understanding of Workday Data Conversion processes and best practices.
• Ability to travel.
