About the position
The Manager, Workday Integration Lead at KPMG is responsible for leading Workday HCM projects, focusing on strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization. This role requires a strong understanding of IT operations, business processes, and data integrity within Workday applications. The position emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and professional growth within a team-driven culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization.
- Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities.
- Lead the day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design and project reviews.
- Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements.
- Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial/cost management policies.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of ERP, HCM, or Financials implementation and integration experience.
- Completion of five full implementations with Workday HCM or Financial Integration and Integration Architecture.
- Workday certification in HCM or Integration (required within three months of employment).
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level.
- Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality.
