About the position

The Manager, Workforce Management Business Intelligence & Intake Management at CVS Health is responsible for overseeing budgeting, planning, analysis, and operations within a dynamic work environment. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to create and present financial budgets, as well as providing insights to assist in project management and decision-making processes. The position requires proficiency in data analysis and visualization, particularly using Microsoft Power BI, and involves extracting and transforming data from various sources to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior and executive leadership and department heads to create yearly budgets and develop detailed budget presentations.
• Prepare monthly reports for senior and executive business leaders to summarize performance outcomes and offer strategic foresight.
• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making processes.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various data sources, including Google Cloud Platform.
• Perform data modeling, analysis, and optimization to ensure high performance of BI solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in utilizing Excel to create reports and dashboards.
• 3+ years in finance, planning, and analytics, which includes internships, certifications, or advanced educational qualifications.
• Experience managing business intelligence projects, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation oversight.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, financials or a related field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• ROI development and tracking.
• Experienced in utilizing workforce management (WFM) software, including NICE, Five9, and Intradiem.
• Highly organized and experienced, possessing exceptional abilities in problem resolution and making strategic decisions effectively.
