About the position

The Manager, Workforce Management at Conviva is responsible for applying advanced analysis and reporting to develop strategic insights for workforce decision-making. This role involves assessing staffing needs, collaborating across departments, and providing analysis to meet organizational objectives. The manager will work within established guidelines to solve complex problems and will play a key role in talent management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced and predictive analysis to develop insights for workforce decision-making.
• Assess organizational staffing and identify requirements to meet workforce objectives.
• Provide analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning.
• Collaborate with other departments and conduct briefings and area meetings.
• Determine approach, resources, schedules, and goals for projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6 or more years of Workforce Management experience
• 2 or more years of management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
