About the position

The Manager Worldwide Print Production at Paramount Pictures plays a crucial role in overseeing the production of print and digital materials for motion picture advertising. This position involves collaborating with the Worldwide Print Production Department and various internal teams to ensure that projects progress smoothly from concept through design and into production. The Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including the creation of domestic general ITM mechanicals, one-sheets, flat cards, standees, and banners, as well as managing domestic outdoor mechanicals and media allocated custom buys. Additionally, the role includes handling Canadian print and digital bulletins, both generic and custom, and overseeing special projects as they arise within the department. In terms of distribution, the Manager will be responsible for the distribution of all domestic-related files to internal employees and will supply assets to vendors for the execution of standee ideas. This includes providing comprehensive kickoff notes and recaps on creative meetings concerning standees, scheduling and collaborating on creative meetings involving standee construction and design, and coordinating the installation and setup of standees. The role requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print marketing or advertising, with at least five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative applications and Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Manager must be able to handle several tasks at once and possess strong organizational skills to thrive in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production of print and digital materials for motion picture advertising.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing/Advertising or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of work experience in print marketing or advertising required.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative applications, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under time constraints.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple project elements simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
