About the position

The Luxury Manager at Jared the Galleria of Jewelry plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience and driving sales results both in-store and virtually. This position supports the General and Assistant General Managers in developing exceptional teams and implementing innovative strategies to achieve sales excellence. The Luxury Manager is responsible for overseeing merchandise launches, providing product education, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and team members alike.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently attain sales results on all platforms while delivering an exceptional customer and team member experience.
  • Build customer relationships through outreach and follow-up using the clientele system and assist with training team members to do the same.
  • Maintain daily health and safety protocols including cleaning and sanitizing to ensure the safety of customers and team.
  • Complete all assigned training and provide expert product knowledge training.
  • Implement visual merchandise displays according to company guidelines.
  • Manage the team and store in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
  • Support and implement all company policies.
  • Collaborate with the General and Assistant General Manager on recruiting, hiring, scheduling, performance management, and training of the team.

  • Ability to train and develop team members and conduct store training meetings as needed.

  • Ability to accept responsibility, make decisions, delegate, and follow-up as appropriate.
