About the position

As a Manager at Subway, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience while managing the daily operations of the restaurant. This includes overseeing food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and coordinating marketing initiatives. You will also focus on recruiting and training staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and analyzing business records to drive sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
• Experience in supervising and training staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer knowledge is essential
• Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
