About the position

As a Manager at Subway, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience while managing restaurant operations. This includes overseeing food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and coordinating marketing initiatives. You will also focus on recruiting and training staff, ensuring safety protocols, and analyzing business records to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Managing inventory and money control systems
• Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach
• Recruiting staff
• Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security

• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
• Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives
• Planning special events and promotions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
• Experience in supervising and training staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer knowledge is essential
• Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
