About the position

This management position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant in the Greater Chattanooga, Northern Georgia, Murphy, North Carolina, and Scottsboro, Alabama areas. The role focuses on maintaining financial controls, managing staff, ensuring health and safety standards, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the restaurant's daily operations
• Maintaining all financial controls on a daily basis
• Creating and managing staff schedules
• Interviewing, hiring, and training staff
• Coaching, counseling, and developing staff while managing team relations
• Exercising proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management
• Executing health and safety inspections and ensuring high health and safety standards are met
• Setting a personal example for a fun, productive, and team environment in the restaurant at all times

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law
• Minimum of at least 1 year of management experience (preferably in a high volume Fast Food and/or Quick Casual concept)
• Flexibility to work 50 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver's License in good standing & access to private transportation
• Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving, and drug screening
• Demonstrates ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented and customer service focused
