The Managing Behavior Technician at Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) is a full-time role designed for an experienced master's-level ABA professional. This position focuses on supporting clients and Behavior Therapists in the Palmdale, Lancaster, and Rosamond areas while accruing indirect supervision hours towards BCBA certification. Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of a BCBA
• Accrue all indirect supervision hours towards becoming a BCBA
• Oversee a team of approximately 5 interventionists and average 10 - 15 clients
• Develop client goals and clinical programs
• Support parent training and education
• Write progress reports and conduct regular team meetings

Requirements

• Master's degree
• Minimum one year experience working with children with autism
• BCBA eligible or accruing hours towards certification
• Extensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysis
• Demonstrated fluency with all aspects of the Behavior Interventionist position
• Demonstrated ability to train others
• Strong communication and writing skills
