About the position

The Managing Director, Client Partnership at Global Prairie is a senior leadership role focused on overseeing and enhancing client relationships within the agriculture sector. This position is responsible for building and managing a large-scale integrated team, ensuring the delivery of world-class work across multiple portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operationalizing accounts and fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a large piece of Global Prairie client business, ensuring consistency in delivery across multiple portfolios.
  • Set up, operationalize, and deploy an integrated team, guiding cohesion and process management.
  • Provide expertise and counsel across all project deliverables in the agriculture industry.
  • Leverage client relationships to identify opportunities for mutual benefit.
  • Advise account leadership on fulfilling stakeholders' needs and navigating relationships.
  • Create an environment that fosters client and account team happiness.
  • Advise on final scopes of work and provide actionable direction.
  • Accountable for the financial health of a portfolio of accounts, including budgeting and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations, grow business, and enhance culture.
  • Work with account leadership to create strategies for organic growth and diversification of accounts.
  • Oversee new business efforts based on relevant needs.
  • Fulfill the responsibilities of a Director as needed, while seeking staffing solutions.
