About the position

At RSM, we are the leading provider of professional services to the middle market globally, dedicated to instilling confidence in a world of change. Our purpose is to empower our clients and people to realize their full potential. We pride ourselves on our exceptional people, who are the cornerstone of our unrivaled, inclusive culture and talent experience. You will align with other CMG leaders, line of business (LOB), industry, and markets to identify natural connections across priorities, develop joint go-to-market programs, and advocate for consulting program priorities to be embedded in other go-to-market efforts. Regularly, you will provide a dashboard to evaluate program performance, assess the current state of the pipeline, and develop ongoing enhancement strategies. As a key member of the CMG leadership team, you will collaborate with marketing leadership to deliver programming aligned with revenue growth goals for consulting, ensuring program connections across the enterprise. You will also work closely with sales leadership on program development to increase program effectiveness and drive growth, including the transition of leads to pipeline development and sales teams. Establishing key performance metrics (KPIs), reporting results, and optimizing program performance will be essential parts of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate with communications to develop compelling internal and external communications that align with our go-to-market and business growth strategies, ensuring our professionals are engaged and ready to deliver. In your advisory capacity to the consulting leadership team, you will proactively share recommendations to improve current year CMG results and drive conversations about the evolving market, changing buyer behaviors, and new CMG channels. Your insights will help keep the evolution of our CMG strategies and programs at the forefront.
