The Managing Director of Equity Research at Texas Capital is a senior leadership role focused on providing in-depth financial analysis and investment recommendations for publicly traded companies. The role involves comprehensive financial modeling, market trend analysis, and collaboration with various internal teams to deliver value-added insights to institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial statement analysis and create and maintain financial models.
• Provide investment recommendations on publicly traded companies.
• Write fundamental research publications with value-added perspectives.
• Deliver presentations to institutional clients and internal sales and trading teams.
• Follow overall market news and evaluate market data to assess macro trends.
• Collect, consolidate, and interpret company and industry data.
• Develop and maintain connections with investor relations and management of companies under coverage.
• Coordinate and communicate with sales, trading, and other areas of the firm within regulatory guidelines.
• Manage and mentor a team to deepen client relationships.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in equity research and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and investment strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for research publications and presentations.
• Ability to analyze market trends and data effectively.
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams.
