About the position

As a Managing Director in Procurement and Supply Chain Management at INVERTO, you will play a pivotal role in representing Boston Consulting Group (BCG) at the highest levels of client engagement. You will also be tasked with developing the organization’s platforms and processes, setting a robust structure that supports long-term success. A significant part of your role will involve talent acquisition and development, where you will be responsible for mentoring junior team members and nurturing them into future leaders within the firm. Requirements

  • Proven track record to gain commercial traction quickly and build a team
  • Entrepreneurial background with recent experience in consulting
  • Strong procurement consulting experience, with supply chain experience being less critical
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated C-level relationship development and management skills
  • Gravitas and senior presence to command premiums for expertise
  • Strong commitment to BCG and INVERTO values
  • English native level required
  • Authorized to work in the US
