About the position

The Product Strategy Managing Director will lead a team focused on business development for the Express Scripts Pharmacy. This critical leadership role is essential for achieving the pharmacy's objectives, including profitable growth, client retention, and value creation. The position involves strategizing and executing the pharmacy's approach to various stakeholders, including payers, patients, pharma, and prescribers, while overseeing pricing, communications, and overall market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as proxy for VP GM of Express Scripts Pharmacy on critical decision-making matters.

Requirements

• 12-16 years of relevant experience with 10+ years in progressive leadership roles.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced Degree or MBA desirable.
• Ability to lead teams and optimize talent management.
• Strong financial, process, and analytics acumen.
• Demonstrated thought leadership with innovative solutions and results.
• Proven ability to influence across a matrix environment and develop relationships.
