About the position

The Managing Director, Partner Development Manager at EAB is responsible for leading and managing the Partner Development team focused on Research and Advisory products. This role involves achieving revenue targets through new business development, managing a team, and implementing effective strategies to grow revenue. The position requires a hands-on approach to sales support and team leadership, ensuring the team meets its goals while fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team against revenue goals for new and existing products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue.
  • Lead and coach the Partner Development team, enhancing their skills and effectiveness.
  • Establish a high-functioning sales management process for team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product delivery leaders on sales strategies and collateral creation.
  • Maintain expertise in industry issues and communicate market intelligence to stakeholders.
  • Report on projected revenue and team results to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College/University.
  • 10-12+ years of Sales or Account Management experience with proven team management skills.
  • Track record of successful sales and ownership over revenue targets.
  • Relevant industry experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Proven negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License.
