About The Position
Launch by NTT DATA is looking for a Managing Director - Public Sector GTM Lead, who will be responsible for helping us expand our presence in North America. You will be joining a team of digital, strategy, product design and engineering experts bringing digital product transformations to some of the world’s most interesting brands. The Managing Director - Public Sector GTM Lead owns relationships with a set of clients with goals including driving customer satisfaction, growing account revenue, and maximizing account profitability. The Managing Director - Public Sector GTM Lead will lead all aspects of customer engagement, account gross margin, account strategy, as well as revenue and service delivery. Additionally, the Managing Director - Public Sector GTM Lead will be actively initiating and supporting pre-sales/sales efforts in pursuit of new accounts in partnership with the General Manager and Sales; as well as supporting those new clients along with supporting existing clients by focusing on the following: Customer relationship management, expansion of services within the account(s) assigned and ensuring the delivery team(s) are delivering high-quality work. In this role, the Public Sector Industry Lead will report directly to the General Manager.
