About the position

The Managing Director of Security Risk Management at Kroll, LLC is a strategic leadership role focused on expanding the Security Risk Management (SRM) practice. This position involves leveraging technology and proven strategies to deliver comprehensive security consulting services globally. The role requires a blend of business development, client relationship management, and project oversight, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients while driving revenue growth through new client acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the expansion of Kroll's Security Risk Management (SRM) offering.
  • Identify potential clients and negotiate engagement contracts.
  • Draft and review proposals and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to thought leadership.
  • Deliver best-in-class support to Kroll's global client base.
  • Engage in self-driven business development to meet sales targets.
  • Manage security projects throughout their lifecycle, including proposal preparation and resource allocation.
  • Build strong client relationships based on trust and confidence.
  • Collaborate with Kroll's senior management to support business development objectives.
  • Identify and vet sub-contractor subject matter experts as needed.
  • Engage with sub-contractor partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Focus on the growth of the SRM Practice in response to market changes.
  • Work collaboratively with a global team to achieve SRM and firm goals.
  • Represent Kroll at industry events and media engagements.
  • Mentor and develop junior project team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment and commitment to professional excellence.

Requirements

  • 15 years of professional service leadership experience in project management and security-related services.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality consulting services to clients.
  • Knowledge of current security trends and applicable industry technologies.
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
