About the position

The Managing Director at Royal Primary Care will play a crucial role in the leadership team, working closely with the Clinical Director and RPC leadership team. This position is responsible for the management and continuous improvement of RPC, ensuring high-quality patient care, safety, and the achievement of performance and financial objectives. The role also involves contributing to the strategic priorities of both RPC and Chesterfield Royal Hospital.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the operations of Royal Primary Care (RPC) to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with the RPC Clinical Director and leadership team to achieve performance and financial objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within RPC.
  • Contribute to the strategic priorities of RPC and Chesterfield Royal Hospital (CRH).
  • Oversee service improvement projects and maintain high standards of quality.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a senior leadership and management role within primary care.
  • Proven track record in leading service improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards in healthcare.
