About the position

The 1923 Prohibition Bar and Minus5 ICEBAR are seeking full-time experienced staff for various roles including Hostess, Maître D', Sales Receptionist, Cocktail Server, and Barback. These positions are located in two busy casinos in Las Vegas, focusing on providing exceptional service in a vibrant 1920's speakeasy and ice bar environment. The roles involve engaging with guests, managing reservations, and serving drinks in a high-energy atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the bar and ice bar.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience.
• Serve cocktails and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Support bar staff in preparing drinks and managing inventory.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Cocktail Server, or Barback in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar operations.
