About the position

The role involves assisting clients recovering from brain injuries and other disabilities, ensuring their safety and promoting independence in their daily lives. Team members will work collaboratively in a supportive environment, contributing to meaningful care that transforms lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in all aspects of home and community life, ensuring safety and promoting independence.
• Establish a healthy, supportive bond with clients as a professional friend.
• Help clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and maintaining a clean living space.
• Coordinate and attend medical appointments, encourage exercise, and facilitate social activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in disability care (not mandatory).
• Valid driver's license, personal car, and proof of insurance.
• Minimum age of 18.
• References from a personal or professional contact.
