About the position

The Manual QA Analyst will be part of the Quality Assurance department, responsible for ensuring data integrity and consistency across various systems. This role involves writing complex queries, performing data profiling, and testing ETL processes, while collaborating with different teams to develop test strategies and plans.

Responsibilities

• Write complex queries to validate data integrity and consistency across different systems and environments.
• Perform data profiling, data integrity, and completeness checks to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent data.
• Test Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, including data extraction, transformation rules, and loading into target systems.
• Ensure the correctness of database schemas, relationships, constraints, and data types.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Development Team, and Business Clients to develop test strategies and test plans.
• Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing for assigned projects, including review and regression test problem resolution.
• Analyze, define, and document issues and defects discovered during testing.
• Develop and execute test cases.
• Support production support team in troubleshooting and resolution of product issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience in testing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Perl to automate testing tasks and data validation process.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
