About the position

The Manual QA Tester at Audigo is responsible for ensuring the quality of software updates by executing test plans and regression tests. This role involves close collaboration with the product development team to enhance user experience and product robustness, particularly in the audio and video content creation tools developed by the company.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product development team to define and execute test plans for new features.
• Take ownership of and execute a suite of regression tests to ensure quality of new software releases.
• Leverage QA expertise to create and execute test plans on an ongoing basis to improve overall product quality and robustness.
• Work collaboratively with engineering to triage, prioritize, and validate resolution of issues reported by customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of manual QA testing experience.
• Background and interest in music or other audio-first creative outlets.
• Knowledgeable in regression, smoke, functional, and integration testing of mobile applications.
• Proven ability to take ownership and work well in a fast-paced environment with a small team.
