About the position

We are seeking a Senior Manual QA Tester with a strong background in insurance to join our remote team. This role involves designing tests, executing test scripts, and collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve defects. The ideal candidate will work closely with Business Analysts to develop test strategies and ensure best practices are followed in a C#/.NET, SQL, and API environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for test designs, running test scripts, and finding test data
• Defining defects and partnering with the development teams on how to fix those defects
• Provide test summaries
• Partner with Business Analysts on the test strategies, desired outcomes, and executing best practices
• Support systems and applications within a C#/.NET, SQL, and API environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Insurance experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work remote efficiently and CST hours
