  • Manage all aspects of daily office functions
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks
  • Print manufacturing work orders and drawings
  • Review and close out completed work orders
  • Charge out materials from manufacturing processes
  • Review, correct, and approve time reported to work orders
  • Scan and file ASME Reports
  • Close out parent level job closures for accounting
  • Support office staff with additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and common office equipment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-starter who works well independently
