About the position

The Manufacturing and Product Launch Engineer at Viking Enterprise Solutions plays a vital role in the product development of innovative data storage and server systems. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to support design engineering, manufacturing test development, and quality operations, ensuring the success of the business unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and technical direction to third-party in-circuit test (ICT) test development teams.
• Support manufacturing and product quality efforts as required.
• Lead and contribute to process flow definition and maintenance for all aspects of manufacturing operations (PCBA through system).
• Support the manufacturing engineering team to ensure processes align with best industry practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to ensure product design meets quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering or product launch roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance practices.
• Proficiency in Agile and PDM tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data storage and server product design.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance testing standards.
