About the position

onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join their IT (Information Technology) MOS (Manufacturing Operations Systems) team, located in Nampa, Idaho. As a Manufacturing Applications Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to participate and contribute in a team to create, enhance, and sustain complex digitalized manufacturing systems. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including the analysis, design, development, integration, and testing of new systems, as well as sustaining continuous improvement and support of existing systems, all utilized by manufacturing and business customers. You will work closely with business partners and other IT team members to provide innovative solutions tailored to the unique requirements of semiconductor manufacturing. In this position, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of manufacturing applications, ensuring that they meet the operational needs of the business. You will leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing systems. Collaboration is key, as you will engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing operations, making this a critical role within the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements
