About the position

As a Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Engineer at Ecolab, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing facilities. Your primary focus will be on identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring that our processes align with industry standards. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of current manufacturing processes, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions. You will also be tasked with training and mentoring team members on continuous improvement techniques, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills to contribute to our improvement goals. Additionally, you will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of implemented changes and report on progress to senior management. Your position will require a strong analytical mindset, as you will be expected to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
