Manufacturing Eng Trainee

About the position

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the training program at RBC Lubron Bearing Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of self-lubricating bearings. The role involves working across various departments including manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, and sales, with a focus on hands-on projects and presentations to management. The position may require travel to the Corporate Office in Connecticut for training and potentially to other facilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on projects across various departments.
• Present project findings and results to the management team.
• Engage in training programs at the Corporate Office and other facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Products.
• Experience with AutoCAD or related programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• A positive attitude and a desire to learn about all aspects of a manufacturing company.
