Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for propulsion systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
  • Support the design and development of tooling and fixtures for manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-haves
