The Plymouth location is seeking a high caliber, motivated, self-driven leader to join our manufacturing engineering team for ablation catheter manufacturing in Abbott’s Electrophysiology business unit. In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives. Individuals in this role will work on a new product launch supporting the operations team as a front-line engineer working with assemblers and troubleshooting equipment and process issues. Additionally, this position will manage projects aimed towards designing and developing manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet daily production schedules while enhancing productivity and product quality. This role offers a great opportunity for any passionate individual that enjoys problem solving and collaborative work environment.
