Responsibilities

• Supports technical solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Assists in cell layouts and process improvement initiatives.
• Learns and incorporates process improvements into manufacturing.
• Provides support on the manufacturing floor for process-related inquiries.
• Creates and maintains process documentation and updates work order documentation.
• Supports the implementation of basic engineering changes.
• Demonstrates a general understanding of applicable manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in arts/sciences, Technical/Science or international equivalent required.
• Internship in a related industry preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with basic presentation skills.
• General troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; understanding of Root Cause Analysis.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and/or mechanical machine drawings.

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications such as AWS, SME, CWE, CWI, etc. preferred.
